Quick And Easy Return/Exchange

The team at Laptop Battery One has also put together a process for laptop battery returns and exchanges that should be quite simple and easy for anyone to execute. All you need to do is request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and following the steps below:

Same-Day Shipping

  1. Submit for an RMA number. Please be sure to include the following information in your RMA request:
    • Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Laptop Make & Model Numbers
    • Your request for Refund or Exchange and the reason
  2. Our RMA department will email you within 24 business hours of your request (business hours do NOT include weekends or holidays).
  3. Return product within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.
  4. Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be tested and we will process your refund/exchange within 5-10 business days.

Once an RMA number has been assigned, the return product must be shipped within 10 days. If it is not shipped within 10 days, a new RMA number will need to be requested. No returns without an RMA will be accepted and all items shipped for a return or exchange without an RMA will be returned to the customer at our leisure. We cannot process any returns and are not responsible for any items shipped without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any missing or lost items.
