Laptop Battery Order Tracking – The Basics

When you place an order with Laptop Battery One, your shipment will be processed and sent out either on the same day if you place your order before noon Pacific Time during the business week. If your order is placed after noon Pacific Time, your order will ship the following day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email that will indicate when the order was processed and shipped. It will include a tracking number for you to track your order.

Laptop Battery Order Details – Issues that Could Arise

Aside from the basics of tracking your laptop battery order, there are other contingencies that could arise, and we’d like to explain how those contingencies are handled.

When you place an order with Laptop Battery One, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not signify an acceptance of your order, but rather that the order was made and received by Laptop Battery One. Laptop Battery One reserves the right after your order confirmation is received to accept or decline your order for any reason. In addition, there are certain laptop battery orders that require pre-approval with an acceptable mode of payment that must be authorized by our billing department.

If a product you ordered is on backorder due to lack of inventory, Laptop Battery One reserves the right to ship at any time after your order is placed and without notice to you less than the quantity involved in your original laptop battery order. If you, the buyer, do not wish to wait for a product that is on backorder, Laptop Battery One will issue a full refund minus the amounts involved for any partial shipments for the order.

Laptop Battery One strongly recommends that our customers do not refuse a shipment. When a package is refused, the shipper will charge us for the return shipping which we will in turn deduct from any refund due to you. If you no longer want your laptop battery order, it’s highly recommended that you accept the order and begin the process of a return in accordance with our return policy.

The team at Laptop Battery One understands that certain situations can arise that necessitate the cancellation of a an order. However, there are a few requirements involved in order to successfully cancel a laptop battery order, and they appear below.

• You must cancel your order before it is processed. If your cancellation arrives after our warehouse is preparing your order, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation.
• You must contact us via phone between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time to cancel your order. Email cancellations will not be accepted.
• If you cancel your order after business hours, you may alert us via email but you must follow up with a phone call to our offices.

If your package is lost in transit, there are procedures in place designed to locate your laptop battery order. Laptop Battery One will initiate a package tracer with the shipper. Such a tracer can take up to 8 business days to complete and process. If the tracer is complete and your order has not been located, Laptop Battery One will reship your laptop battery order.
