I have used many different solar charging products over the years, and I've been fairly impressed by some of them, but I have honestly never seen or used one that works as great as this does. It charges faster than plugging into a wall at home does. I even get decent power from this on a mostly cloudy day with little to zero blue skies, but when there are no clouds in front of the sun, it's really amazing how well and how fast this charges both of our phones or tablets without any issues or struggle. I've been using this for a couple of days and I still can't get over how good this is. I have not been so impressed and amazed by any product in a long time. Incredible stuff. (Posted on 7/25/2015)

This is an excellent package. The panels fold up into a nice sized packet that is easily carried in a backpack. The loops are nice for hanging the panels on a suction cup hook in a window or tree branch or whatever. The panels produce enough power to charge an iPhone even in indirect sunlight. I'm hoping they'll produce an identical 12V setup that I can use for other toys. (Posted on 2/27/2015)

Charges beautifully on my HTC m8 except for my HTC m9 :( put my m9 on direct sun but it still charges slow, but at least it charges well :)

I tested again and realized my panel wasn't angled right to the sun. Now it charges beautifully on all of my families phones. Fantastic!!! (Posted on 9/20/2014)

This is the first Solar product I have ever purchases so in doing there was some amount of skepticism
and just going on faith in clicking on Add to My Cart button and am so very happy in doing so. The charger
is compact and lightweight and would serve perfectly for backpacking adaptations. Further on after opening
and walking outside to find some sunlight to test it I found as soon as I encountered some sunlight in the hallway
the USB port charge light came on immediately. Feeling encouraged I went outside and found a place in direct sunlight
to hang it on and plugged in my Blackberry with the USB cord and the phone began charging. I tried moving it around to
different areas around the house outside and noticed it favored direct sunlight but it would blink when not in direct and
then stay lit when in direct sunlight as the clouds moved in and out of the sunlight. I absolutely love the Charger
and with no reservations whatsoever encourage those who are looking to build their SHTF kit to include this Charger

Worked well on my backpacking trip through Glacier National Park. I strapped this on the brain of my backpack and was able to get about a 50% charge while hiking throughout the day. When the product was in steady sunlight I was able to charge my Galaxy phone at a rate of about 1% per minute. The case that encloses the panels is a fairly rugged nylon, and the panels themselves look like they can take some mild abuse. (Posted on 9/6/2014)

I love this charger! I took it on a 9 day backpacking trip in southern Oregon. It kept my Note 4 and my dad's S5 charged for the whole trip. In full sun, it charges at the rate of about 1% per minute. With both phones charging at the same time with mine only having 10% juice and my dad's having 25% they were fully charged in under 2 hours. We did have 2 days of snow and rain and while it was cloudy, you are not going to get much power out of it. So, if you want to be sure that you have power no matter what, you could bring a portable power bank as well as this does not have a battery in it, meaning it cannot store power for use later. I did not bring a power bank and was able to keep my gear charged but if you are expecting a lot of clouds, I would bring a power bank as well. (Posted on 6/24/2014)

I am on the move almost all the time, due to my work purposes and it was very often that I would run out of power. I have to carry tons of devices with me that includes 2 cellphones, an iPad and a laptop and having to carry that many devices with me all the time, I run out of juice from my usual power bank very easily. A power bank seemed to be the answer to it but once that ran out, I had no source of recharging my devices.

A portable solar charger was the perfect solution for my problem, however, many of them out there are selling complete worthless panels that would stop working within a week of use. It was certain that all of them were being manufactured by fake companies. But not this one, LB1’s solar power charger has worked like a charm for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. The idea of making the panel fold is absolutely brilliant! This makes the panel bigger in size, hence more power is stored in a very less time. I have had no problem with it what-so-ever. Have tested against some other older panels and this is by far superior. Build quality and intelligent ports are well worth the money. Charges quite well under overcast sky's and I have been very pleased with recharge of iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. Will be using on the Colorado soon.
